Just thought, for the first time, I would write a proper blog, so here it goes.
The Schedios launch went so well, the Porter Bar looked stunning, Anna Rose Carter and Theo Ellis gave great performances, I was really proud of everyone who got involved. The evening was such a success and it gives me great hope for Schedios in the future. Through The Annular has been selling well , not many copies left and I am so glad that they look as beautiful as they do. Thanks to everyone that helped, bought the CD and got involved, honestly I couldn’t have had more support. Things have been a bit shakey in the last few months in other aspects but my love for music has yet again morphed itself and somehow it feels fresh and new and for that I am greatful.
My release on Hibernate Records in July is going to be a little different, more ambient this time. Listening to Simon Scott’s Navigare over the last couple of months has really made me think musically again, it is stunning and unlike anything I have heard before. I have also been asked to provide music for a new installation in April, so much to look forward to!
Whilst in Bath this week I bought four little canvases and 100 multicoloured chalks. In a moment of sporadic creativity I have created some abstract artworks, that show how I feel about Bath and my friends there that I truly miss. I will be writing pieces for these little canvases and will try to bring them to life. Will be posting them soon.
Once again I want to say thanks to everyone who has supported me over that last few months and I hope that this year will be rich in hapiness for all of you.
